Penny Web

The Pennyweb pay-per-click network has a long-running, if not perfect, history. They are currently on the foruth release of their program, and I have had one recent report that this 'version' of the program is now improved. Previous versions have received many complaints: a) that clicks don't seem to be tracked correctly, and b) that Pennyweb's advertiser's banners ads are often of questionable quality, especially for child-safe web sites. They currently claim to represent 186,000 web sites, and have had over 1000 advertisers use their services.

As a host, Pennyweb now promises to pay $0.20-$0.25 per click-through for premium plan partners, and various rates generally between $0.02 and $0.25 (most in the $0.02 to $0.10 range) for standard plan sites.

Pennyweb says they pay affiliates on a monthly basis once commissions reach $25.
