Click2Net is a medium-sized banner-based pay-per-click network. They also offer a banner exchange program. Becoming an affiliate host site is easy, requiring a minimum of information to begin (you fill in the rest later). Click2Net will screen your web site, and respond within 7 business days.


Once you have been accepted you are given access to a members administration site which allows you to choose which ads you would like to appear on your site, and which you would not. All banners are rotated randomly (and hosted on their server), but by being able to select which ads you would like you are offered a fair ability to target the ads to your audience. In fact, if you want, you can leave just one ad selected, so it displays each time. You are also able to generate all HTML from your members page, ready to be inserted into your site.
Commission rates range from $0.06 per click up to $0.10 per click, depending on the volume of traffic you provide. Sophisticated online commission tracking is available, allowing you to display statistics on the category of ads you are running (there are currently 55 categories to choose from), and on various time-frames (weekly, hourly, etc.). Additionally, you are able to see how long it takes on average for visitors to click-through to an ad. Checks are sent on the 10th of each month, once $30 has been accumulated.
